Mechanism
As shown in the figure, the Na+ channel selectively allows Na+ to pass through the membrane. Its main function is to maintain the excitability and conduction of the cell membrane. Its switching is related to the membrane potential and the time of potential changes. At present, at least nine members of the voltage-gated Na+ channel family NaV1.1-1.9 have been found in the human body. μ-Conotoxin has three disulfide bonds and 23 amino acid residues. It is a Na+ channel blocker which acts on NaV1.4. It has excellent anti-wrinkle effect by blocking the transmission of nerve signals between nerves and muscles and relaxing the striated muscles.
Efficacy
Local blocking of nerve transmission, immediate anti-wrinkle.
Instruction
Adjust pH to 6-8. Avoid using it with strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidants, acid chlorides and acid anhydrides, avoid high environmental temperature.
