Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate (DBBM-BSM02308)

It is a small molecule peptide that mimics the activity of snake venom toxin Waglerin I. Clinical trials have shown that snake venom peptide is able to reduce the production of wrinkles by inhibiting muscle contraction, and has the ability to rapidly eliminate wrinkles.

Mechanism

The impact of Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide is centered on promptly and enduringly alleviating expression lines by impeding neuronal communication at the Nicotinic Acetyhlcholin receptor. This peptide acts as an adversary to the muscular nicotinic acetylcholine membrane receptor (mnAChR). By obstructing these receptors, the ion channel remains shut, preventing the uptake of Na+ and keeping muscle cells relaxed. This inhibition of nerve impulse transmission to the muscles results in relaxation of facial muscles. It can be seamlessly integrated into various anti-wrinkle cosmetic formulations such as emulsions, gels, essences, eye creams, and more.

Efficacy

Anti-wrinkle and anti-aging.

Instruction

1) pH adjusted to weak acidity, not recommended to be paired with strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizers, chlorides and acid anhydrides;

2) Add the peptide in the final stage at a temperature lower than 40 ℃, and the recommended addition amount is 0.002~0.015%.

3) During the concluding phase of cosmetic production, the peptide can be integrated at temperatures under 40℃. It is advised to include 5 to 5000 ppm of the powder in the final formulation to achieve notable efficacy.
