SRHC Type III Powder (DBBM-SRHC004) is a synthetic recombinant human collagen. Type III collagen is a structural protein that makes up the extracellular matrix (ECM) and provides space for cell growth with a supportive function. Type III collagen plays an important role in skin elasticity and moisturizing, and it also works significantly for scar healing and anti-aging. SRHC Type III was selected using highly bioactive fragments from the amino acid sequence of natural human Type III collagen, and genetic engineering techniques were used with eukaryotic yeast to construct an expression system by using biological fermentation technology.

Clinical Trials

Volunteers applied 0.2% SRHC Type ll cream to the entire face every morning and evening for 28 days.

In Vitro Efficacy

1. Restoration Capacity Assessment, Cell scratch test (HACAT)

Result: SRHC Type ll significantly promoted cell migration and had tissue damage repair function.

2. Anti-Wrinkle Effect - In vitro ex vivo skin model Masson staining experiments

Result: SRHC Type llI had a significant elevating effect on collagen fiber content for UV-induced UV damage with 0.2% SRHC Type lII.

3. Soothing Inflammation

a. EpiKutis epidermal model Detection of PGE2

Result: 0.2% SRHC Type III had a significant inhibitory effect on PGE2 induced by SLS stimulation and reduced PGE2 secretion level.

b. EpiKutis epidermal model TRPV1 test

Result: 0.2% SRHC Type III significantly down-regulated TRPV1 protein expression induced by SLS stimulation
